To review your cards in the app:
- From Dashboard, click Menu
- Click on Manage Cards
- Here you will see which card is currently active OR can be activated.
- If you don't see the card you currently use listed, click on Former Card Details.
- If the card you are currently using shows here as Pending Removal, the card is deactivated and cannot be used.
- If you have the card that can be activated, activate it and you can begin using it immediately.
- If you do not have the card available for activation, you will need to contact Health Equity Member Services
