We are pleased to continue our program that allows employees to purchase discounted lift tickets access for their friends and family members.

The goal of this program is to provide a fair and equitable distribution of discount tickets to eligible employees. In order to continue this program in future seasons, the discounts must be used for the purpose that was intended, which is to benefit the family members and friends of our full and part-time employees. The intent of this program is not for employees to purchase discounted lift tickets/summer activity access at Killington Resort or Pico Mountain customers, or purchase them and make a profit reselling to a Killington Resort or Pico Mountain customer. Misuse in that manner or any other manner may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, and compromises our ability to offer these programs going forward.

FT-12, FT-10, FTS & PTS employees are limited to a maximum of 10 discounted tickets per ski season:

For Currently Employed FT-12/FT-10, FTS and PTS employees (PTOC and TEMP employees are not eligible).

Discounted & Complimentary Tickets – Instructions for Use:

1.  Friends & Family discounted and complimentary tickets must be shared with friends and family through your online store account at www.killington.com.
   1. You will need to create an account by clicking Sign-In at the top right-hand corner of the Killington.com homepage. On the Sign-In page, insert the 8-digit number located above your name on your Employee Pass. Provide an email address and create a password to complete registration. Once your account has been created, vouchers are available in the “Voucher” tab located on your account’s homepage.
   2. Friends & Family vouchers can either be emailed to the person redeeming or redeemed by you if the user is a member of your household. While there is an option to view/print vouchers we DO NOT recommend this as the recipient still needs to redeem online. Vouchers must be redeemed online. For assistance with online redemption, please contact our Central Reservations team at (800) 621-6867 or visit a ticket sales window at either Killington Resort or Pico Mountain. Each voucher code can only be redeemed once.
   3.  Friends & Family physical ticket vouchers and/or voucher codes CANNOT be provided at any of the ticket sales locations. Your guests must redeem the vouchers through the online store.
   4.  Voucher codes will not be visible in your online store account once it has been redeemed, however you can view your Inactive Vouchers on your account’s homepage. If you email a voucher to someone it WILL appear in your account until they redeem it. Use caution to not send the same voucher to multiple people.
2.  If the person redeeming the voucher already has a One Pass RFID card, it can be reloaded online. If the person redeeming the voucher does not have a One Pass RFID card, they will be prompted to purchase one for $5.00 during the redemption process.
   1.  ONE Pass RFID cards can be purchased in advance or at a ticket sales location at the time they are redeeming their voucher code.
3.  All Friends & Family discounted and complimentary tickets are for the 2023-24 season only; no refunds, credits or extensions will be granted for any unused voucher codes.
4.  Employees may not use the Friends & Family program or associated voucher codes to discount products to resolve a guest service issue nor can they use their own voucher codes for another employee.
5.  Vouchers cannot be sold.
6.  If your employment ends for reasons other than lay off, your ability to redeem these discounted ticket voucher codes ends as well.
