Design & Signage Request SOP 

For all initial requests, please complete the Signage/Project Request Form:  CLICK HERE

  • The Creative Services Team will confirm receipt of request via email and process the request through our project management platform to enter the request into the project queue. 
     
  •  Expected turnaround for most projects is set at one week from receipt of request unless otherwise specified, although this is subject to vary during high-volume periods. 
     
  • Should a file require edits following the first iteration of a design, any and all edits should be communicated with all appropriate members of your internal team prior to requesting the edits to allow the Creative Services Team to work efficiently through your request. All edits should be communicated by one representative from your team via one email. 
     
  • Once final files are approved, signage will go into production, after which, the Creative Services Team will confirm the completion of the project and coordinate the pick-up, drop-off or installation of the sign(s). 
     
  • As sign request are received, the Creative Services Team prioritizes requests based on current volume in conjunction with the following project categories: 

    1. Safety / On Mountain Signage (warnings, trail signs) 
    2. Operational Signage (F&B menus, operating hours, die-cuts) 
    3. Branding Unification (updating colors, logos, etc.) 
    4. Décor (scenic photos, name placards
