2024 Cooler in the Mountains Concert Series

 Staff Information Sheet

Saturday, June 29^th

CITM General Info:

·        All concerts are free to the public and are for all ages.

·        All pets are to be kept under control and leashed at all times. No pets are allowed on the Umbrella Bar deck.

·        Parking is permitted on the Access Road; however, guests are not permitted to block any fire lanes or entryways.

CITM Alcohol Policy:

·        All purchased alcohol must be consumed within the Roaring Brook Umbrella Bar area designated by green fencing.

·        BYOB is allowed; however, all outside alcohol must be consumed in the BYOB area.

·        Bringing purchased alcohol into the BYOB area (or vice versa) is strictly prohibited.

CITM Weather Policy:

·        Snowshed’s Long Trail Pub (3^rdfloor) will serve as the weather back-up for all CITM concerts.

·        We will determine whether to host the concert indoors or outdoors by 11:00 a.m. Saturday morning.

o  Making the decision by 11:00 a.m. will give all departments enough time to prepare for an indoor concert.

·        If the concert is held inside, BYOB is not allowed. However, bringing food & snacks into Snowshed Lodge for the concert is permitted.
