I’m looking for three seasonal workers to share a cozy 2,000 sq ft house on 8 acres just a 15-minute drive from Killington Ski Resort and Okemo Mountain Resort. If you’re working at the mountain this winter (or anywhere nearby) and need a place to stay, this could be a great fit for you.
 

Location: I'm in a quiet spot (while 'quiet' is a relative term, I find this place peaceful) just outside of downtown Plymouth, so it’s perfect for some downtime after a long day at work. But, I'm super close to Killington, so you won’t have a long commute. Also, Woodstock is only a 25-minute drive and a country store is nearby.

Rooms: There are 3 rooms available, 2 of which have lofts. The dimensions of those 2, not including the lofts, are 164 sq ft and 148 sq ft. The unlofted room is 136 sq ft. The beds are all queen size.
 

Bathrooms: The house has 2 bathrooms.
 

Rent: Each lofted room is $800/month. The unlofted one is $750. Utilities Included: heat, water, trash service, snow removal, and Wi-Fi

• In-house laundry
• Dishwasher
• On-Demand Water Heater, so no one ever has to take a cold shower
• Basement storage
   

I have three cats already, so my apologies but no animals (the litter box is in the basement so there is no smell in the house).
 

Ideal Roommate: Seasonal or Contract Workers, Outdoor Enthusiasts: If you’re into skiing, snowboarding, or hiking, this place will be perfect for you since it’s so close to the action.
 

About the Owner:
I moved to VT in 2021 and love it here. Right now, I am a full-time graduate student in clinical mental health counseling, which is unfortunately taking a lot of my time away from mountain biking.
