Staff & Dependent Waiver
And Adding a Picture to Your Killington.com Profile
Completing the KP One Waiver
All staff and dependents who earn lift or activity access are required to complete an online waiver before using their employee/dependent pass to access these privileges.
- Click the link above to access the login page to our online store account.
- If you haven't logged into killington.com before, or if you're not sure if you have, input the 8-digit number (if number contains KPE, it must also be inputted) found ABOVE your name on your staff ID.
- PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to submit a “Forgot Password” and create a new password before logging into your account if you had one previously but have not logged in since March 2022.
- Complete all waivers for yourself and your eligible dependents.
- Your dependents do not need to create their own account. Their waivers will be signed by accessing your (the employee's) killington.com account.
Once the waivers are completed, your pass will be good to go for lift and activity access!
Your other perks such as food & beverage, retail, etc. discounts will be affected by an unsigned waiver.
For more detailed instructions, please click HERE.
If you need assistance accessing your online account to sign the waiver, send us an email at humres@killington.com or give us a call at (802) 422-6709.
If you are unable to complete the waiver online, you can complete a paper version in the Human Resources office.
Adding a Picture to your Killington.com Profile
All employees, dependents, and volunteers are required to have a picture that is less than five (5) years old attached to their account in killington.com.
If a profile has NO picture associated with it, or if the picture is MORE than five years old, that person's pass will be considered inactive and will not allow access to discounts or lifts until the picture has been uploaded.
Pictures can be seen by many employees; please keep your pictures polite and family friendly.
Your face should be looking forward toward the camera. Sorry: no hats, helmets, or sunglasses!
