All staff are eligible with the exception of supervisors referring people to positions over which they have direct authority. 

• The applicant must be employed by Killington/Pico for the first time or be returning to Killington after a break of 2 years or more. 
• The applicant must write your name on the online employment application,
• You must be currently employed by Killington/Pico at the time the employee meets the hours requirements. 
• The person you referred meets the following hours requirements: 
  • 120 hours of work if hired as a FT-12 or Full-Time seasonal employee. 
  • 40 hours of work if hired as a Part-Time seasonal employee. 

If the above conditions are met, you will earn $250!
