Employees will receive a 60% discount off the regular price in many food service areas for them and their eligible dependents' consumption only! It is the employee's responsibility to hand their Employee Pass card to the cashier PRIOR to ringing the purchase. No discount will be given unless the Employee Pass is given to the cashier for verification.

Please Note: *When anticipated business levels warrant, we will be restricting employees and volunteers/ambassadors access to the Peak and K-1 Lodges between 11:45 am and 1:30 pm, this will be communicated in the weekly Resort Update as needed. The Clubhouse Bar & Grill discount is available 7 days a week, non-holiday.
*At Snowshed employees may use the food court anytime, but you will have to find a seat during peak hours (11:45 am-1:30 pm) in the Highlander Room. *More restrictions may be announced for peak days.

Please be considerate of the next person using the table in the food service areas. All employees are expected to pick up after themselves by throwing away any leftover garbage into the garbage receptacle, recycling, and by returning their trays.

Food privileges are subject to all conditions of the Employee Pass and all conditions of the food service areas.

Although some offer consideration to Killington Resort & Pico Mountain employees, you should not expect discounts from the independent food vendors who do business on Killington Resort or Pico Mountain property.
 

Employee Soup (Winter Season)
Each employee will have the ability to purchase a bowl of soup, chowder or chili for just $4.00.

Employee Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate or Fountain beverage
Each employee will have the ability to enjoy coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or fountain drink per day at no charge.

• For your own consumption;
• To be used on workdays only (this is not intended to be used on your day off);
• Does not include packaged sodas, waters, sports drinks, juices or the like;
• It is your responsibility to hand your Employee Pass to the cashier PRIOR to ringing the purchase. No complimentary beverage will be given unless the card is given to the cashier for verification;
• Not available at all locations. Complimentary beverage deal available in base lodges only: K-1, Ramshead, Snowshed, Bear, Skye, and Pico (not available in bars or restaurants).

Killington Resort and Pico Mountain offer a special price on alcoholic beverages to our employees.
Your Employee Pass identifies you as an eligible employee for 50% off on alcoholic beverages (25% discount on bottled wine). Hand your Employee Pass card to the server when you pay your bill.

Please note the following policies:

• Special pricing is valid for the entire round of drinks for your party; however, the intent of this program is not for employees to purchase discounted drinks for Killington Resort or Pico Mountain customers. Misuse in that manner or any other manner may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, and compromise our ability to offer this program going forward.
• In order to enjoy this program, your workday or shift must be completed, or you must be on a day off. The consumption of or being under the influence of alcohol is prohibited during working hours or when reporting for work, will not be tolerated, and is grounds for immediate termination.
• Company uniforms or nametags may not be worn when drinking alcoholic beverages on our premises after working hours. Exceptions to this rule may be made by the company president for official company events where identifying ourselves as employees is important.
• Vermont liquor laws strictly forbid the purchase and consumption of alcohol by individuals less than 21 years of age.
• While in our establishments, we understand it is a time to have fun, but it is still important to maintain a level of professionalism. The bartender has the discretion to determine when to discontinue service to any patron.
• When you leave the company, your Employee Pass as well as any dependent cards, will be de-activated on your last day of work and this privilege will cease. As a seasonal employee, if you leave the company in good standing (layoff situation-LOWP on Exit Report, with a “yes” for rehire,) extension of this privilege follows the policy for cafeteria discounts, which are valid through the Summer season and ending on October 31st.
• This program does not apply to Banquets, Weddings or Conference Functions.
• Employee dependent passes do not have the privilege to purchase alcoholic beverages at half price.
• The company reserves the right to alter, modify, amend, or terminate this policy at any time.
   

Weddings at Killington Resort
Appropriate site fee for various locations will be waived for immediate family members of FT-12 & FT-10 employees.
