The free 30-day membership for employees may be started anytime once employment begins by visiting the Pico Fitness Center front desk. 

Summer seasonal employees must activate the 30-day membership by Oct 15th of each year and winter seasonal employees must activate by May 31 of each year. Free 30-day membership is not offered to seasonal dependents.

FT-12/FT-10, FTS & PTS (PTOC & TEMP employees are not eligible) employees and their dependents that choose not to purchase a Pico Fitness Center membership can utilize the facilities for $5 each day. Must present employee or dependent pass.
