Staff Info Sheet

Schedule Snapshot:

*All information, times, and locations are subject to change*

Guest & Staff Parking:

• Any staff who are working out of the Ramshead Lodge or the Medical Clinic should please park in the Upper Snowshed lot to reserve space for ESC participant parking.
• Ramshead lot will serve as an overnight RV parking location with overflow to Vale Road RV lots & Upper Snowshed (if needed).
• Both sides of Ramshead parking lot are reserved for overnight RV parking.

General Racer Info:

• Helmets must be worn properly during all practice & race runs.
• All racers must sign a Killington 1Waiver & fill out a registration form to participate.
• All racers must purchase a lift ticket to practice & race.
• All racers must attend the mandatory racer meeting on race morning.
• NO E-BIKES ALLOWED.
• Racers must be present at the award ceremony to receive awards/cash payouts.

Registration & Number Plate Details:

• Registration fees include Sat. & Sun. lift access for practice & competition.
• Late or on-site registration available ($10 more than online rates).
• Race entries cannot be transferred to a different event.
• Only registered racers with 2024 MAXXIS ESC Number Plates are allowed on the racecourse.
  • Modifications will/can result in a DQ. Lettering/logos MUST be 100% intact.

Early Lift Access:

Saturday

• RH access for Track Walk (No Bikes) / 9:00am-9 :45am
• Downhill Track Walk / 9:00am-10:30am
• Ramshead, Snowshed, & K-1 lifts will be open to the public at 10:00 a.m.

Sunday

• Ramshead Lift will open early (8:30am) to ESC staff and Downhill volunteers.
• K-1 Gondola will open early (8:30am) to ESC staff and Enduro volunteers.
• K-1 Gondola will open early (9:00am) to ESC Enduro racers.
• There will be a designated lift line for ESC racers.
• Ramshead & Snowshed lifts will be open to the public at 10am.

Trail Closures:

• Enduro closures remain until the stage is clear from all racers.
• Downhill closures last all weekend.
