Employee Assistance Program
Killington Resort & Pico Mountain recognizes that from time-to-time employees may develop personal or work-related problems that they are unable to resolve on their own. As such, the Company sponsors an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP is a confidential and professional counseling service designed to help address any personal or family concerns you may have. All counseling contacts are confidential. No information is given to anyone, including your employer, without your permission.
Regardless of the nature of the problems you or your family member face, help is as close as:
Andrew Morton, MSW, LICSW
1 (888) 313-5525
All meeting will take place via TeleHealth. Please call to schedule an appointment.
Killington Resort & Pico Mountain have arranged to have this service available to you and your immediate family members at no cost for up to three visits. Participation in this assistance program does not protect employees from disciplinary action for continued unacceptable job performance or rule violations.
